​Founder and main consultant of Ilomyde, Michel Cornelis​ combines 25 years of managerial experience in multinational environments (including 15 in HR, 4 in Quality and 4 in General Management) with an academic background in engineering, and a personality that is both rational , open and creative, allowing him to combine three key advantages for the success of the success of his customers:​

Methodology

Most missions consist to bring a solution that is easy to implement, sustainable, customized and payable, rahter than to build theoritically perfects systems that are quickly dropped. The field implementation of the solution is often part of the mission.

Ilomyde never brings turn-key solutions. Instead, it builds on its experience in various contexts in order to propose and implement solutions that suit the company in its environement.

The missions of Ilomyde are generally  divided into three different phases:

Observe

This initial phase is based on audit, active listening, visual observation and documentary analysis techniques in order to go beyond the mere observations made by the client and to understand in depth the ins and outs of the mission in order to find appropriate and sustainable solutions.

Optimise

Optimization consists in proposing and implementing structural solutions or processes that are acceptable, fundable and likely to solve the initial problem in a sustainable way, whether the issue was financial, organizational or governance based.

Empower

Even if Ilomyde regularly supports the operational implementation of its recommendations, it is always with the aim of making the organization autonomous. "Making oneself useless" at the end of the mission is a mark of pride and success for Ilomyde. Paradoxically, it is one of the best ways to retain customers who know that the mission will deliver its results on time and on budget.
